Hi george and Steven
My expirience with the pipe.
I have rejetted the carb and drive without the baffel, if I put in the baffel I will loose a lot of power.
About the baffel, I took of two of the disks, and left the one in the end, ofcourse because thats the one with the nut. It was a bit louder than with all three, but I still lost some power.
I dont think it matter witch one you remove.
The cost for a new baffel is about 100 Skr or 12$
+ shipping, so you can always order a new, or fix one by yourself, its not that difficult.
Instead of using looktite use a ordinary "springplate" betwen the bult and the pipe. Sorry dont now the name for it. Because there is no looktite that holds more than about 100 deg. celcius and the pipe is mutch hotter then that.
I have been driving with that for three weeks now
and I have not tighteen the nut ones.
Good luck with your pipe and tke care.
